PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by

hereby orders and declares that the access way described in
the First Schedule hereto and the service lanes described in
the Second Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of
this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Napier and be under the control
and management of the Napier City Council.

Amending an Order in Council Authorising the Chatham
Islands County Council to Erect and Use Certain Electric
Lines

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 18th day of
August 1965

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT
IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends
the Order in Council dated the 25th day of January 1955 and
published in the Gazette on the 3rd day of February 1955 at
page 105, as amended by the Order in Council dated the 30th
day of November 1960 and published in the Gazette on the
8th day of December 1960 at page 1920, authorising the
Chatham Islands County Council to erect and use certain
electric lines, by deleting the Schedules thereto and substituting
the following Schedule therefor.
SCHEDULE
- Lines for the supply of electrical energy by the system of
supply hereinbefore described, commencing from the licensee's
generator A and proceeding:
(a) In a north-westerly direction to a staff house;
(b) In a northerly direction to a public hall and along
Te Ngaio Road to its junction with the Waitangi-
Owenga Main Highway thence:
(i) In a north-westerly direction along the Waitangi-
Owenga Main Highway to its junction with the
wharf access road and thence in a north-westerly
direction along the wharf access road to a wharf
and generator;
(ii) In a south-easterly direction along the Waitangi-
Owenga Main Highway to a street light. - Lines for the supply of electrical energy by the system of
supply hereinbefore described commencing from the licensee's
generator B and proceeding in an easterly direction to a
depot, thence in a southerly direction across the Waitangi-
Owenga Main Highway to the county garage.
All being situated in Kekerione Part 66 and 75, Block II,
Oropuke Survey District, in the County of Chatham Islands,
the said lines being shown on plan marked N.Z.E.D. 671,
deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Depart-
ment at Wellington.

of Generating Electricity

IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby grants
to Frederick John Lucas, Cecil Peak Station, Lake Wakatipu,
runholder (hereinafter referred to as the licensee), a
licence, subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, to
take and use from an unnamed stream (hereinafter referred
to as the said stream) situated in Run 1, Block 6, Coneburn
Survey District, Lake County, for the purpose hereinafter
set forth, a stream of water not exceeding 1 cu. ft. per second
at any one time.
CONDITIONS
IMPLIED CONDITIONS - The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by
the Water Power Regulations 1934 and the Electrical Supply
Regulations 1935 shall be incorporated in and shall form
part of this licence except in so far as the same may be in-
consistent with the provisions hereof.
LICENCE SUBJECT TO REGULATIONS - This licence is issued under the Water Power Regula-
tions 1934, and is subject thereto, and to the Electrical Supply
Regulations 1935, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961,
the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and to all regulations
hereafter made in amendment thereof or in substitution
therefor respectively.
