LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of deferred payment licence, Volume 1860, folio 76 (North Auckland Registry), containing 65 acres 3 roods 23·2 perches, more or less, being Allotment 264, Parish of Okura, in the name of Albert George Williams, of Silverdale, farmer, having been lodged with me, together with an application (A. 94960) for the issue of a provisional deferred payment licence in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional licence on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 unless a caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the expiration of three calendar months from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Application 36718 by Albert Lloyd, of Tauranga, company manager, for those parcels of land occupied by the applicant containing 3 acres and 4·7 perches, more or less, being Allotments 11 and 14 and part Allotments 10 and 15, Town of Greerton.

The said land is more particularly shown as Lots 1, 2, and 5 on plan lodged for deposit as No. S. 2390, which plan may be inspected at this office.
