Variation of Notice Declaring Land to be Subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Bay of Islands Development Scheme)

Whereas by several notices described in the First Schedule hereto, the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto were declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953: And whereas by a subsequent order of the Maori Land Court the description of the said lands has been altered and they are now known by the description shown in the Third Schedule hereto and it is desirable to vary the said notices to show the new description of the land: Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and section 25 .(h). of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, the Board of Maori Affairs cloth hereby vary the said notices by substituting for the descriptions of the lands in the Second Schedule hereto the description of the said land set out in the Third Schedule hereto, and doth hereby declare that the said land described in the Third Schedule hereto shall continue to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
