Declaring Land Taken for a Public School, a Secondary School, a Teachers' Hostel, a Hospital, Post Office Purposes (Residences), a Police Station and Residence, Social Security Purposes (Medical Practitioners' Residences), and Health Purposes (Public Health Nurse's Residence) in Blocks II and VI, Whakamaru Survey District (Mangakino Township)

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school, the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school, the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a teachers’ hostel, the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a hospital, the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (residences), the land described in the Sixth Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police station and residence, the land described in the Seventh Schedule hereto is hereby taken for social security purposes (medical practitioners’ residences), and the land described in the Eighth Schedule hereto is hereby taken for health purposes (public health nurse’s residence) from and after the 23rd day of August 1965.
