PURSUANT to section 15 of the Royal New Zealand Air Force Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government has been pleased to approve the following appointments, promotions, extensions of commissions, and date of retirement, terminations and cancellations of commissions, and resignation of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.

GENERAL DUTIES BRANCH

Appointment

Flight Lieutenant Gordon Wilmot Ragg (79479) is granted a permanent commission in the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, with effect from 8 June 1965.

Appointment

Special Duties Division

Alexander Richard Haszard (72505) is granted a commission in the Administrative and Supply Branch (Special Duties Division), Territorial Air Force, for a period ending 15 July 1970, to be followed by four years in the Reserve of Air Force Officers. He is appointed in the rank of Flight Lieutenant, with seniority and effect from 16 July 1965.

Pilot Officer Gerard Selby Geddes to be Flying Officer, with effect from 6 August 1965.

Extension of Date of Retirement

The age for retirement of Flight Lieutenant Elfric James Insull, B.COM., F.R.A.N.Z., is further extended until 11 July 1966.

Termination of Commission

The commission of Flying Officer Alan Legale is terminated, with effect from 28 July 1965.
