Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Subject to the Land Act 1948

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being a provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 24th day of March 1924 and published in Gazette, 3 April 1924, Volume I, page 802, is required for settlement purposes; and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act such land shall, from and after the day of gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
PART Section 15, Block VI, Whangarei Survey District: Area, 114 acres 1 rood 5 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 10/91/46, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of August 1965.

Declaring Land in the Westland Land District Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a Site for a Public School to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Canterbury Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

PART Reserve 971 situated in Block I, Waiwhero Survey District: Area, 5 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 30, folio 125 (S.O. Plans 1802 and 2677).

Land Taken for Housing Purposes in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of August 1965.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2·7 perches situated in Block XI, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington, and being part Lot 4, D.P. 7758, being part Section 850, Town of Wellington; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19573 (S.O. 26009), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of July 1965.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of August 1965.
