Declaring Land Taken for a Students’ Hostel in the City of Dunedin

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a students’ hostel from and after the 2nd day of August 1965.

Declaring Land Taken for the Development of Water Power (Islington-Papanui Transmission Line) in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Subject to a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Transmission Line, and to a Building-line Condition

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to Proclamation No. 327851 defining the middle line of a transmission line and to the building-line condition contained in notice No. 518074 (Canterbury Land Registry), for the development of water power (Islington-Papanui transmission line).

Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road in Block VIII, Takahue Survey District

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Kaitaia and is there open for inspection; and that any person affected by the taking of the said land should set forth in writing any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such works to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount of compensation, and send the written objection, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington.
