CORRIGENDUM

IN the Proclamation dated the 3rd day of June 1965 and published in Gazette of 1 July 1965, No. 37, page 1045, taking land for an electric power substation and for street in the City of Christchurch, for the area “1·1 perches” in the First Schedule read “31⅓ perches”, and for the area “31⅓ perches”, in the Second Schedule read “1·1 perches,” which last-mentioned areas appear in the Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

Declaring Land in the North Auckland Land District, Vested in the Auckland Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

PART Allotment 40, Titirangi Parish, situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District: Area, 2 acres 3 roods 23·8 perches, more or less. Balance certificate of title, Volume 537, folio 180, limited as to parcels and title.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of July 1965.

Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY

Sections 4 and 5, Block VI, Waipoua Survey District, Hobson County: Total area, 259 acres 2 roods 33·6 perches, more or less.

And Section 16, Block VII, Waipoua Survey District Hobson County: Area 111 acres 1 rood 20 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 7/52 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington and thereon bordered red (S.O. 44267).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of July 1965.

As shown on plan No. 16/24 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of July 1965.
