EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 356, folio 37 (South Auckland Registry), containing 60 acres, more or less, being Allotment 185 and southern portion of Allotment 184, Parish of Waipa, in the name of Henry Francis Rogers, of Ngaruawahia, storekeeper, having been lodged with me together with an application S. 318906 to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 423, folio 256, Wellington Registry, in the names of Ahenata Frances Churchward, Makitua James Churchward, Robert Belgarde Churchward, Piki Maunga Churchward, Joseph Samuel Churchward, Tohuanga Te Rangi Warana Heketa, Hori Kingi Anae Tiatala Frank Churchward, Weringa ite Rangi, Pita Naera, and Makere Naera, all Maoris, for 300 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks I and V, of the Wainuiori Survey District and being Te Wera-a-Whaitiri 2B, and application 636515 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 531, folio 73, Wellington Registry, formerly in the name of the Girl Guides Association (New Zealand Branch) Incorporated, now in the name of Girl Guides Association New Zealand (Incorporated), for 1 rood 22·25 perches, more or less situate in Block X of the Belmont Survey District being part of Section 74 of the Hutt District and being part Lot 3 on Deposited Plan 9407 (Town of Korau, Extension No. 7), and application 637176 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume A 2, folio 32, Wellington Registry, in the names of Ernest John Green, of Wellington, manager (now deceased), and Emma Green, his wife, for 1 rood 1 perch, more or less, situate in Block I of the Paekakariki Survey District being part of Section 3 of the Wainui District and being also Lot 4 on Deposited Plan 23013, and application 637622 having been made to me to issue a provisional certificate of title in lieu of the said certificate of title, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Wellington has, by transmission 638107, made application under the Roman Catholic Bishops Empowering Act 1954 to be registered as proprietor of an estate in fee simple in all that piece of land containing, firstly, 1 rood 9·3 perches, more or less, being part Sections 566 and 567, Town of Wellington and being all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 194, folio 5 (Wellington Registry), and, secondly, 1 rood 24·2 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Wellington, being part Section 3, Kaiwarra District, and being also part of Lot 8 on Deposited Plan No. 867, and being all the land described in certificate of title, Volume 368, folio 146 (Wellington Registry), of which Francis Redwood, Roman Catholic archbishop, and James Patrick Marie Hickson, Roman Catholic priest, both of Wellington (both deceased), are registered as proprietors, and that such application will be registered unless caveat forbidding the same to be lodged within two months of 12 August 1965 by any person claiming the beneficial ownership of any estate or interest in such land.
