Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY
RESERVE 1932 situated in Block XIV, Kaniere Survey District, Westland County: Area, 2 roods and 31 perches, more or less. As shown on plan No. 125/92 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. 5223).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of July 1965.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of July 1965.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 26·6 perches situated in Block IV, Wairoa Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Mataitai 1A 2B 5B 2 Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19522 (S.O. 43119), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of July 1965.
