NOTICE is hereby given that an application for the issue of a certificate of title pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963 having been made for the parcel of land described hereunder, such certificate of title will issue, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the expiration of two months from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
