Pursuant to the Standards Act 1941 and the regulations made thereunder, the Minister of Industries and Commerce, on 29 June 1965, declared the under-mentioned specifications to be standard specifications:

Declaring Land to be Subject to the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Mangonui Development Scheme)
Pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on and from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Waikato Development Scheme)
Pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that, on the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 27 January 1948 and published in the Gazette, No. 5, Volume I, page 126, on 29 January 1948, and registered as No. K. 31923, and a notice dated 19 May 1953, published in Gazette, No. 29, Volume II, page 838, on 28 May 1953.

Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961
Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 18 (2) of the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the following specification with limiting provisions is declared to be suitable for the purposes of those regulations:

A.S. No. C66 Part 1—1955 Rigid metallic conduit for electrical wiring (including amendment No. 1). (Declared suitable only in respect of Class A – Screwed (circular) steel conduit.)

Hop Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. Ag. 8209)
Pursuant to clause II of the Hop Marketing Regulations 1939, notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified to vote for the election of five producers’ representatives on the Hop Marketing Committee will be open for inspection during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz, Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington, and at Nelson; also at the following post offices, viz, Motueka, Upper Moutere, Wakefield, and Nelson.
The roll will be available for public inspection for a period of seven days from 21 July 1965.
Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any of the above offices or from the Returning Officer, Department of Agriculture, Nelson. Nominations must be in the hands of the Returning Officer not later than noon on 11 August 1965.

Pursuant to clause 20 of the Schedule to the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Regulations 1960, notice is hereby given that only four persons having been duly nominated for election to the office of producers’ representatives on the Canterbury Raspberry Marketing Committee, I do declare William Thomas Harvey, Philip William Michael Townshend, Leslie Harrow, and Charles Alexander Harrow, being persons so nominated, to be duly elected as producers’ representatives.
