Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 2) 1965

Pursuant to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964,* the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 2) 1965.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 15th day of June 1965.

2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff item in the Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirements of a licence under the said regulations.

Declaration That Lands are Public Reserves

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Papakura Borough Council on the 15th day of March 1965:

"That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Papakura Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act."

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Gisborne City Council

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for road purposes and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Gisborne, in trust, for that purpose.
