Declaring Road in Block V, Russell Survey District, to be County Road

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 16th day of June 1965
Present:
THE HON. J. R. MARSHALL, PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road situated in Block V, Russell Survey District, North Auckland R.D., commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 21, Block XXV, Opua Township, and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately 225 links and terminating at the south-western corner of the said Section 21; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19492 (S.O. 44458), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county road.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of road situated in Block V, Mangonui Survey District, North Auckland R.D., at the westernmost and southernmost corners of Allotment 281 and the northernmost and easternmost corners of Allotment 287, Town of Mangonui; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19423 (S.O. 44593), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A, D, B, and C, respectively.
