Land Proclaimed as Street in the City of New Plymouth

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2·4 perches situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 5548, being part Section 74, Grey District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19523 (S.O. 9730), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of June 1965.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block I, Orere Survey District, Manukau County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, and hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said Section 29; and I also hereby proclaim that the closed road described in the Second Schedule and the land described in the Third Schedule shall vest in Orere River Estates Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office in Auckland, subject as to the closed road first described in the Second Schedule and the land secondly described in the Third Schedule to mortgage No. 227237 (North Auckland Land Registry).

FIRST SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre and 3·6 perches situated in Block I, Orere Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 5, D.P. 10469; coloured yellow on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of road situated in Block I, Orere Survey District, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Block LXIX, Hokonui Survey District, Southland County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and declare that the road first described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in John Manson, one-third share, and Alexander Manson, the younger, one-third share, both of Croydon, farmers, and the said John Manson and Alexander Manson, the younger, as executors, one-third share as tenants in common, and that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall vest in John Alexander Nicholson, of Croydon, farmer; and I also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection 6 of the said section 29 and declare that the land described in the said Third Schedule shall vest in John Manson, one-third share, and Alexander Manson, the younger, one-third share, both of Croydon, farmers, and the said John Manson and Alexander Manson, the younger, as executors one-third share as tenants in common.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19504 (S.O. 7316), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
