A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Turangi Township Act 1964 and the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken for the establishment and development of the Turangi Township.

ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood situated in Block XI, Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part Ohuanga North 5B 1E 2. All certificate of title, Volume 509, folio 136, Wellington Land Registry.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and the land described in the Second Schedule is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of July 1965.
