NOTICE is hereby given that the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Wellington has, by transmission 635515, made application under the Roman Catholic Bishops Empowering Act 1954 to be registered as proprietor of an estate in fee simple in all that piece of land containing 1 acre and 12·2 perches, more or less, being parts of Sections 11 and 12 of Block II, Township of Taihape, and comprising Lots 2, 3, and 5 on Deposited Plan 2230, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 244, folio 213 (Wellington Registry), of which Edward Thomas McLaughlan, storekeeper, and Cornelius Harnett, priest, both of Taihape (both deceased), are registered as proprietors, and that such application will be registered unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged within two months after the 21st day of July 1965 by any person claiming the beneficial ownership of any estate or interest in such land.
