NOTICE is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired under the Forests Act 1949 as permanent State forest land.

Lot 1, D.P. S. 6845, being part Section 2, Block I, Katikati North Survey District, situated in Ohinemuri County: Area, 34 acres and 16 perches, more or less. Excepting thereout all minerals within the meaning of the Land Act 1948 on or under the land, and reserving always to Her Majesty the Queen and all persons lawfully entitled to work the said minerals a right of ingress, egress, and regress over the said land. Subject to section 315, Land Act 1924. (Part certificate of title, Volume 829, folio 105.)
