IN the Proclamation dated 16 November 1964 and published in Gazette of 19 November 1964, No. 73, at page 2179, taking land for road in Blocks X and XI, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County, delete the area of 0·1 of a perch, which area does not appear in the Proclamation signed by His Excellency the Governor-General.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for post office purposes (residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of July 1965.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for regrouping; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of July 1965.
