THE CHARITABLE TRUSTS ACT 1957

In the matter of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and in the
matter of a certain charitable trust declared by the will of
Robert Gibson, deceased, pursuant to the provisions of section
54 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, I hereby give notice that
on Thursday the 25th day of February 1965, the Supreme
Court at New Plymouth approved the scheme prepared by
the Public Trustee and dated the 29th day of September 1964
as reported upon by the Attorney-General in his report dated
the 1st day of December 1964 concerning the matter of certain
charitable trusts declared by the will of Robert Gibson, late
of Manaia, in New Zealand, farmer, deceased.

indecent or not or for a decision as to its classification.

ESTATE OF FREDERICK JOHN THOMSON
NOTICE is hereby given by the Public Trustee as executor of
the will of Frederick John Thomson, late of Gore, bricklayer,
that the partnership known as "F. J. Thomson and Son" was,
by reason of the death of Frederick John Thomson on 16
January 1965, dissolved on that date, and that the said
business has been carried on by John Frederick Thomson, of
Gore, as from the date of dissolution.
