NOTICE is hereby given that a meeting of Derrick Booth Ltd. will be held on 13 July 1965, at which a resolution for voluntary winding up is to be proposed, and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held, pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at 1.30 p.m., Wednesday, 14 July 1965, in the Tuakau Town Hall (supper room), George Street, Tuakau, at which meeting a full statement of the position of the company’s affairs together with a list of creditors and the estimated amount of their claims will be laid before the meeting, and at which meeting the creditors, in pursuance of section 285 of the said Act, may nominate a person to be the liquidator of the company and, in pursuance of section 286 of the said Act, may appoint a committee of inspection.

G. Musson and Co. Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Blenheim; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Wellington on the 19th day of July 1965, at 10 a.m.; and any creditors or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hodge’s Ltd., a private company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office in Oamaru and carrying on business there as drapers, notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 24th day of May 1965, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from £10,000 to £5,000 and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 15th day of June 1965. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The amount of share capital of Hodge’s Ltd. as altered by the order of the Supreme Court confirming the reduction of the share capital of the company is £5,000 divided into 10,000 shares of 10s. each, and at the date of registration of this amount of 10s. is deemed to be paid up on each share.”

(Napier Registry)
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Canning, Loudoun, and Derry Ltd., a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office in the City of Napier and carrying on business as garage proprietors, notice is hereby given that the order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 14th day of June 1965, confirming the reduction of capital of the above-named company from £2,505 to £1,628 5s. and the minute approved by the Court showing, with respect to the capital of the company as altered, the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act were registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 25th day of June 1965. The said minute is in the words and figures following:
“The capital of Canning, Loudoun, and Derry Ltd. is £1,628 5s. divided into 2,505 fully paid ordinary shares of 13s. each, having been reduced from £2,505 divided into 2,505 ordinary shares of £1 each fully paid.”

IN conformity with the above Act; I, Ernest Bissett, General Manager of The Guardian Trust and Executors Co. of New Zealand Ltd., do solemnly and sincerely declare:
- That the liability of the members is limited. The capital of the company is £100,000 fully paid, divided into 20,000 shares of £5 each.
The assets of the company in its corporate capacity on the 31st day of December last were £236,250.
The liabilities of the company in its corporate capacity on that day were £10,550.
The first annual licence was issued on the 10th day of March 1911.
- That, in the capacity of trustees and executors, the amount of moneys received on account of estates up to the 31st day of December last was £128,900,850.
The amount of moneys paid on account of estates up to that day was £128,400,327.
The amount of balances held in trust accounts at various banks on account of estates under administration on that day was £460,523.
