EVIDENCE having been furnished to me of the loss of outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 724, folio 83, Wellington Registry, in the name of James Ritchie Norrie, of Palmerston North, contractor, for 1 rood 9·23 perches, more or less, situate in the City of Palmerston North, being part Hokowhitu No. 1 and being also part Lot 228 on Deposited Plan 791, and application 634844 having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

IN the matter of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and in the matter of the Empire Service League Incorporated (ordered to be wound up by the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Christchurch under section 25 (a) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 on 4 May 1964), notice is hereby given that, in exercise of the powers vested in me under section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, I have directed that upon the expiration of one month from the date hereof the surplus funds of the said Empire Service League Incorporated be distributed as to one-third thereof to the Victoria League in Canterbury Incorporated and as to one-third thereof to the New Zealand Council of the Royal Overseas League and as to the other third thereof to the Canterbury Branch of the Royal Commonwealth Society.
