PURSUANT to subclause (5) of regulation 18 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, the Minister of Transport hereby consents to the erection of flashing red lights at the places described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of traffic control in terms of subclause (4) of the said regulation 18.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Wellington-Napier via Woodville Railway (portion of Rimutaka Tunnel Deviation) from and after the 5th day of July 1965.

Declaration That Part of the Pungarehu Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Pungarehu Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953 and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Tauranga United Fire Board

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for a site for a fire station and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve in the Tauranga United Fire Board, in trust, for that purpose.
