PURSUANT to section 16 of the New Zealand Army Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the following appointments, promotions, transfers, resignations, and retirements of officers of the New Zealand Army:

Captain (temp. Major) Miles Heathcote McCrostie is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, Royal N.Z. Armoured Corps, in the rank of Major. Dated 31 March 1965.

Lieutenant (temp. Captain) Allan Geoffrey Stevens is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, The Corps of Royal N.Z. Engineers, in the rank of Captain. Dated 19 April 1965.

Lieutenant (temp. Captain) Ian Gordon Scott Sharpe is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, General List, The Corps of Royal N.Z. Engineers, in the rank of Captain. Dated 15 April 1965.

Captain Joseph Patrick Brosnahan is posted to the Retired List. Dated 22 May 1965.

Captain (temp. Major) T. P. Samuel is reposted to the Territorial Force (7th Battalion (Wellington (City of Wellington’s Own) and Hawke’s Bay), RNZIR), on completion of his short-service engagement. Dated 13 February 1965.
