CORRIGENDUM

IN the Declaration, dated the 31st day of March 1965 and published in Gazette, 14 April 1965, No. 19, page 530, declaring a leasehold estate in land taken for broadcasting purposes in Block VIII, Horohoro Survey District, and Block V, Tarawera Survey District, Rotorua County, for the words “the leasehold estate set forth in the First Schedule hereto and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto,” read “the leasehold estate set forth in the First Schedule hereto in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto,” which last-mentioned words appear in the Declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

Dated at Wellington this 18th day of May 1965.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

86 2 0 Hauhungaroa 2b 1 Block, situate in Blocks V and IX, Karangahape Survey District. Part certificate of title, Volume 382, folio 203 (M.L. Plan 19257).

Declaring Lands in Canterbury Land District, Vested in the Canterbury Education Board as Sites for Public Schools to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being areas vested in the Canterbury Education Board as sites for public schools shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.


SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

RESERVE 3836 situated in Blocks III and IV, Elephant Hill Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less (S.O. Plan 4886L). Reserve 3644 situated in Block II, Opawa Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less (S.O. Plan 1511L).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of June 1965.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lots 7 and 8, D.P. 37095, to the drainage easement created by transfer 471189, North Auckland Land Registry, for a public school, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of June 1965.


SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 34·5 perches situated in the Borough of East Coast Bays, North Auckland R.D., and being Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, D.P. 37095. All certificate of title, Volume 965, folio 33, North Auckland Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of May 1965.
