Roads Excluded From Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zones Declared

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. The Warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* dated the 29th day of January 1964†, which relates to Gisborne City is hereby revoked.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be limited speed zones for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

No. 35 State Highway (Opotiki-Gisborne via Te Araroa) (from Tyndall Road to the southern boundary of Gisborne City).

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that the road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

Onerahi - Urquarts Bay Road (from a point 16 chains measured westerly generally along the said road from Taurikura Road to a point 48 chains measured south-easterly generally along Onerahi - Urquarts Bay Road from Odys Road).
