A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road
the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

Otago Land District

All that piece of land containing 1 rood 3Β·2 perches situated
in Block I, Mid Wakatipu Survey District, being part Reserve
B; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 19411 (S.O. 13575) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 422 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General
of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the
Schedule hereto, and used as a roadway, to be road.

Survey District, Waikohu County, Gisborne R.D., described as
follows:

Taking Land for Public Purposes at Mutalau (Niue)

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day of
May 1965
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 357 of the Cook Islands Act 1915, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby takes
the land described in the Schedule hereto for the following
public purposes, namely, education.

SCHEDULE

All those pieces of land containing together 1 acre 1 rood
9Β·2 perches, more or less, situated in the District of Mutalau,
in the Island of Niue, Cook Islands, being the whole of the
land known as Kofekofe 1A, Sections 1 and 2, Mutalau
District, and being all the land comprised in the orders of the
Native Land Court made on the 26th day of September 1962
on investigation of title; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan signed by the Resident Commissioner
of Niue and deposited in the office of the Registrar, Native
Land Court, Niue, under No. 8A.

Stoke Secondary School Board of Governors Order 1965

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day of
May 1965
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to section 90 of the Education Act 1914 as amended
by section 10 of the Education Amendment Act 1952, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes
the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Stoke Secondary School
    Board of Governors Order 1965.
  2. The constitution of the Board of Governors of Stoke
    Secondary School, as prescribed by section 90 of the Education
    Act 1914, is hereby varied so that the school shall be controlled
    by a Board of Governors constituted as follows:
    (a) One member appointed by the Nelson Education
    Board;
    (b) Six members elected by the parents of the pupils
    attending the school:
    Provided that, until the school is opened and
    the election of such members is held, the Minister
    of Education may appoint six persons to be members
    of the Board and to hold office until the members
    elected by the parents of the pupils are able to assume
    office:
    (c) One member elected by the members of the school
    committees of the Nelson Intermediate School and
    the Waimea Intermediate School.
    (d) One member co-opted by the Board of Governors
    itself, if and when it thinks fit.
  3. The Minister of Education may from time to time, by
    notice in the Gazette amend the list of schools to which
    paragraph (c) of clause 2 of this order applies.

The Timaru City Council Electric Lines Licence 1965

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day of
May 1965
Present:
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Timaru City Council
    Electric Lines Licence 1965.
  2. Subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the
    Timaru City Council (hereinafter referred to as "the licensee")
    is hereby authorised to lay, construct, put up, place, and use
    the electric lines described in the First Schedule hereto.
  3. The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by
    the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935 and the Electrical
    Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated herein and
    shall form part of this licence, except in so far as they may
    be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.
  4. The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance
    by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1935, the
    Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference
    Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in amendment
    thereof or in substitution therefor, except in so far as they
    may be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence.
  5. The systems of supply shall be as described in paragraphs
    (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (h) of regulation 21-01 of the
    Electrical Supply Regulations 1935.
  6. This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined,
    continue in force until the 31st day of March 1986.
  7. The Orders in Council specified in the Second Schedule
    hereto are hereby revoked.
