  1. Class P

  2. Minimum Loads of goods chargeable at Class P rate will be as follows:

  1. Minimum Charge—Except where otherwise specified, any less quantity than the minimum prescribed will be charged at such minimum, or on actual weight at Class E plus 50%, whichever is cheaper.

  2. Handling—The Department may require all loading, unloading, or tallying, to be performed by the owners. Where any such service is performed by the Department charges as provided in section 122 will be made.

  3. Class Q

  4. Minimum Loads of goods chargeable at Class Q rate will be as follows:

  3. General—Without prejudice to the foregoing provisions of this section, the Department may require all wagons containing goods of Class Q to be loaded to full carrying capacity, provided the gauge limit is not exceeded.
