Failure to supply information under all or any of the foregoing heading may prejudice consideration of the submissions.
Decisions in respect of goods approved by the Minister of Customs under item 448 of the former Tariff, as set out in Schedule II hereto, are revoked with effect from 27 May 1965. (The rates of duty for these goods under Part I of the Tariff now in force are the same or lower than the rates under item 448 of the former Tariff.)
SCHEDULE I
Apparel—
Textile piece goods—
Knitted or lockstitched piece goods wholly or principally of silk or man-made fibres, declared by a manufacturer for use by him only in making neckties
(The revocation in Tariff Notice No. 1965/2 is cancelled)
Gloves—
Simplex knitted piece goods wholly or principally of silk or man-made fibres, declared by a manufacturer for use by him only in making gloves
(The revocation in Tariff Notice No. 1965/2 is cancelled)
Capsules, Gelatine, plastic, and similar, empty, used for enclosing chemicals, doses of nauseous drugs, fish liver oils, etc.
Cartridges of approved types for use with hammers for driving studs into walls, etc.—

Hilti 6.3 mm, and 6.8 mm
Hilti 9 mm
Rapid 6 mm and 10 mm calibre
Supa .22 calibre
Catsup powder or paste in packages of 28 lb net weight or over

Cigarette papers—
Paper of approved qualities and sizes, declared by a manufacturer for use by him only in interleaving or marking cigarette papers, or in making booklets or wrappers for cigarette papers, in a licensed manufacturing warehouse

Black F.G. paper (Australian Paper Manufacturers Ltd.)
Cithrol, used in making textile oils
Clips, metal or plastic, specially designed for use with packaging machines for sealing plastic bags
Clips specially designed for making wire nets and netting
Coin selector boxes for the manufacture of automatic vending machines
Comperlan 100
Concrete—
Preparations specially suited for use as air entraining agents for concrete
Examples: Daravair; Darex A.E.A.
Confectionery—
Amidex, a modified starch powder used as a stiffening for chewing gum

Cork, granulated, bonded with rubber, declared by a manufacturer that it will be used by him only for making gaskets and packings
Cork sheets laminated with fabric, declared by the importer for sale only to engineers (including motor garage engineers), for use in making washers, gaskets, and engine packing
