Limited Speed Zone Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:
-
That the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* dated the 16th day of March 1962†, which relates to Eastern Hutt Road in Lower Hutt City is hereby revoked.

The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*
SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Lower Hutt City:
Eastern Hutt Road (from the northern boundary of Lower Hutt City to a point 20 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said road from the subway leading to the Pomare Railway Station).

Road Excluded From Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zone Declared
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

That so much of the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* dated the 22nd day of January 1963†, as relates to Silverdale Road in Hamilton City and Waipa County is hereby revoked.

The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Hamilton City:
Silverdale Road (from the No. 26 State Highway (Hamilton-Kopu) to a point 9 chains measured north-westerly generally along the said road from the said highway; and from Hillcrest Road to Carrington Avenue).
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Hamilton City and Waikato County:
Silverdale Road (from Hillcrest Road to Carrington Avenue).

Revocation of Approval to Issue Warrants of Fitness
PURSUANT to subclause (3) of regulation 52 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* the Minister of Transport hereby revokes the approval of the firm described in the Schedule hereto to issue Warrants of Fitness for motor vehicles.

Crown Land at Sockburn Set Apart for Railway Purposes
PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes. This declaration shall take effect from and after the 10th day of May 1965.

Both those pieces of Crown land described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plans deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon marked and coloured as above mentioned.
