Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block
I, Maketu Survey District, and Block III, Te Tumu Survey
District, Tauranga County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard
Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land firstly
described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen
by Greenacres Te Puke Ltd., under and by virtue of lease in
perpetuity No. 647, R.B. Volume 87, folio 40, South Auckland
Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land secondly
described in the said Schedule, held from Her Majesty the Queen
by Greenacres Te Puke Ltd., under and by virtue of lease in per-
petuity No. 659, R.B. Volume 87, folio 44, South Auckland Land
Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
3rd day of May 1965.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All those pieces of land described as follows:

0 1 30·4 Part Section 19, Block I, Maketu Survey District;
coloured blue on plan.
0 0 27·8 Part Section 17, Block III, Te Tumu Survey District;
coloured sepia on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 19344 (S.O. 42422) deposited in the office of the Minister
of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General,
and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of
April 1965.

Connection With Street Widening in the City of Wellington
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with
street widening and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of May 1965.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 5·32 perches situated in the
City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., being Lot 2, D.P. 7039,
together with and subject to right of way created by transfer
No. 165981. All certificate of title, Volume 321, folio 248,
Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 12th day of April 1965.
