PURSUANT to section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the company duly convened and held on the 14th day of April 1965, the following extraordinary resolution was passed:

“That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business and that it is advisable to wind up, and that the company be wound up voluntarily. That Mervyn Joseph Morel, public accountant, of Taupo, be appointed liquidator of the company. Liquidator’s fees to be as per New Zealand Society of Accountants scale.”
