Declaring Land Taken and Crown Land Set Apart for Road
in Block XVI, Aria Survey District, and Block IV, Ohura
Survey District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land
described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby set apart
for road, from and after the 26th day of April 1965.

FIRST SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3·7 perches situated in
Block XVI, Aria Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part
Section 2; coloured orange on plan.

SECOND SCHEDULE
TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 21·1 perches situated in
Block IV, Ohura Survey District, Taranaki R.D., being part
Crown land; coloured blue on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 19325 (S.O. 9696), deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above mentioned.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister
of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect
having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road, and the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience,
or enjoyment of a road; and the land described in the Third
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall
vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County
of Piako from and after the 26th day of April 1965.

Land Taken for a Recreation Ground
ALL that piece of land containing 4 acres and 28 perches situated
in Block VI, Maungakawa Survey District, Piako County, being
part Te Au-o-Waikato A No. 1A Block; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19346 (S.O.
42576) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Welling-
ton, and thereon coloured yellow.

Town and Country Planning Act 1953—Whangarei County
District Scheme (Notice of Extension of Period of Effec-
tiveness of Refusals and Prohibitions)

Pursuant to subsection (6) of section 38 of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the
period of effectiveness of each refusal or prohibition made
by the Whangarei County Council in the interests of the
Whangarei County District Scheme, which refusal or prohibi-
tion but for this notice would expire between the date of
public notification hereof and the 1st day of May 1966
inclusive, is hereby extended to the said 1st day of May 1966.
