Mount Roskill Borough Council District Scheme—Public Notification of Proposed Change

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution of the Mount Roskill Borough Council made on the 15th day of December 1964, a change to the district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The Change is listed in the Schedule hereto. This Change has been deposited in the office of the Mount Roskill Borough Council, Three Kings, Mount Roskill, and is there open for inspection, without fee, to all persons interested therein at any time when the above place is open to the public.

Objections to the proposed change or any part thereof shall be in writing in form E, prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, and shall be lodged at the office of the council at any time not later than 5 March 1965.
