Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
PURSUANT to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940 to the persons described in column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorise them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their employment for the employers described in column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorise them, while they are under the age of 18 years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Rangitata Rabbit Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Rangitata Rabbit Board and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for Rabbit Board buildings described in the Schedule hereto.

Fixing Date on Which Certain Returns Under the Fire Services Act 1949 are to be Furnished
PURSUANT to section 52 of the Fire Services Act 1949, it is hereby notified that the returns required by that section (as amended by the Fire Services Amendment Acts 1953 and 1956), showing the amount of premiums received by or due to fire insurance companies during the year ended 31 December 1964, shall be transmitted to the Fire Service Council in the manner prescribed by the said section on or before the 1st day of March 1965.
