Declaring Land in the Wellington Land District, Vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a Site for a Public School, to be Vested in Her Majesty the Queen

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education Lands Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area vested in the Wanganui Education Board as a site for a public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen, freed and discharged from every educational trust affecting the same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or easements affecting the same at the date hereof.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

SECTION 71, Block IV, Ongo Survey District: Area, 5 acres, more or less (S.O. Plan 12606).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of December 1964.

Land Taken for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks IV and VIII, Orahiri Survey District, Otorohanga County

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Otorohanga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1965.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 4 perches situated in Blocks IV and VIII, Orahiri Survey District, being Orahiri No. 1, Section 17A Block, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton as No. M.L. 17778, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of December 1964.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river works and shall vest in the Taupiri Drainage and River Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1965.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Tauranga as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of January 1965.

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods 3·1 perches situated in Block VI, Te Tumu Survey District, being part Maketu A 58A Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19041 (S.O. 42335) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
