I, Christopher Charles Kennelly, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that Dunedin Highland Pipe Band Incorporated O. 1934/4 I.S. and City of Dunedin Caledonian Pipe Band Incorporated O. 1950/20 I.S. are no longer carrying on operations, the aforesaid societies are hereby dissolved pursuant to section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
