Declaration That Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Takapuna City Council on the 20th day of October 1964:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Takapuna City Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said city in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for recreation within the meaning of the said Act.”

PARTS Sections 1 and 2, Block III, Rangitoto Survey District: Total area, 37 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 3D, folio 1191, subject to the restrictions imposed by the Takapuna Foreshore Vesting Act 1914. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 13/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Declaration That Lands are Public Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Waiheke Road Board on the 12th day of January 1965:

“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Waiheke Road Board hereby resolves that the pieces of land held by the inhabitants of the Waiheke Road District in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby declared to be public reserves for recreation within the meaning of the said Act.”

Declaration That a Reserve Form Part of the Waiheke Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares the reserve for recreation described in the Schedule hereto to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Waiheke Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Declaration That Part of the Mount Roskill Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Mount Roskill Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act, and further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.
