Appointment of the Waikato Valley Authority to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints

The Waikato Valley Authority

to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a reserve for soil conservation and river control purposes.

ALLOTMENT 713, Taupiri Parish, situated in Block XI, Rangiriri Survey District, excepting thereout the mines and minerals under the said land, and subject to the mining interests reserved in certificates of title, Volume 544, folios 17 and 18; Area, 5 acres 2 roods 3 perches, more or less.
