Declaring Land Taken, Subject to a Fencing Agreement and Together with the Benefit of a Water Easement, for Maori Housing Purposes in Block II, Tarawera Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the fencing agreement contained in transfer S. 82650 and together with the benefit of the water easement created by transfer 296837, South Auckland Land Registry, for Maori housing purposes from and after the 12th day of April 1965.

Declaring Land Taken, Subject to an Unregistered Agreement as to Fencing, for Maori Housing Purposes in the Borough of Stratford

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for Maori housing purposes, subject to an unregistered agreement as to fencing dated 19 January 1965, and described in the Second Schedule hereto, between Her Majesty the Queen and the Stratford Borough Council, from and after the 12th day of April 1965.

SECOND SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

THE Stratford Borough Council shall not be called upon to contribute towards the cost of erection or maintenance of any fence between the land described in the First Schedule hereto and any adjoining land the property of or occupied by the said Stratford Borough Council, but this proviso shall not enure to the benefit of any subsequent purchaser of any such adjoining land.
