Agriculture hereby declares the Town District of Waverley,
as constituted from time to time, to be an Inspected Meat
Area.

Special Arrangements for Provision of Medical and Pharma-
ceutical Services for Residents of Middlemarch Special
Area

NOTICE is hereby given that the special arrangements made
by the Minister of Health, pursuant to section 117 of the
Social Security Act 1964, by which all persons for the time
being resident in the area described in the Schedule to the
notice by the Minister, dated the 28th day of August 1963,*
are entitled to receive without charge all medical and
pharmaceutical benefits as are provided by Part II of the
Act and the regulations thereunder shall, on and after
the 1st day of May 1965, not apply with respect to
persons for the time being resident in the area described
in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

ALL that area in the Otago Land District, being part of
the Counties of Taieri and Waikouaiti, bounded by a line
commencing at the south-western corner of Section 4,
Block IX, Hummock Survey District, and proceeding generally
south-easterly along the western and southern boundaries
of Block IX, Silverpeak Survey District, to the north-
western corner of Block VII, Silverpeak Survey District;
thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of
Block VII aforesaid and its production to Silverpeak (Pulpit
Rock); thence generally south-westerly along right lines
through Trig. Stations F Mt. Allen, E Little Mt. Allen,
Silverpeak Survey District, Y, A, D, F, G, Mt. Hyde Survey
District, to Trig. Station J, Mt. Hyde Survey District; thence
north-easterly along a right line through Trig. Station P, Mt.
Hyde Survey District, to the middle of Deep Stream; thence
generally south-easterly down the middle of Deep Stream
to its confluence with the Taieri River; thence north-easterly
along right lines through Trig. Stations O, M, and Little
Peak, Nenthorn Survey District, to the point of commence-
ment.
