NOTICE is hereby given that on the 25th day of March 1965, Papatoetoe Timber and Joinery Co. Ltd. duly passed an extraordinary resolution for voluntary winding up of the company in accordance with section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, and that pursuant to subsection 8 of the said section 362, a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the offices of the N.Z.
