The Standards Act 1941-Draft New Zealand Standard Recommendation No. D. 8175-Safety Frames and Cabs for Attachment to Agricultural Tractors
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Standards Act 1941, notice is hereby given that the above draft Standard Recommendation is being circulated for technical comment and criticism.
All persons who may be affected by this Recommendation and who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain copies on loan from the New Zealand Standards Institute, Bowen State Building, Bowen Street, or Private Bag, Wellington C.1.
The latest date for comment is 30 June 1965.

PURSUANT to subsection (3) of section 8 of the Standards Act 1941, notice is hereby given that the above draft amendment is being circulated under the reference No. D. 8190.
All persons who may be affected by this amendment and who desire to comment thereon may, on application, obtain copies free of charge from the New Zealand Standards Institute, Bowen State Building, Bowen Street, or Private Bag, Wellington C.1.
The closing date for receipt of comment is 23 April 1965.

Releasing Land From the Provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Waikato Development Scheme)
PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of publication of this notice in the Gazette, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 30 November 1939, published in the Gazette, No. 143, Volume III, page 3481, on 7 December 1939, and registered as No. K. 25016.

Reorganisation of Local Government, Taranaki Harbours District (Time and Place for Hearing Appeals)
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Local Government Commission Act 1961, it is hereby notified that the Local Government Appeal Authority has fixed 2.15 p.m. on Monday, 3 May 1965, as the time, and the New Plymouth City Council Chambers, as the place for the hearing of the appeals by the Patea County Council, the Waitotara County Council, the Stratford County Council, the Egmont County Council, the Waverley Town Council, and the New Plymouth City Council against the final reorganisation scheme of the Local Government Commission dated 8 December 1964, providing for the abolition of the Patea Harbour District and the Taranaki Harbour District and the constitution of a new harbour district to be called the Taranaki Harbours District.

Notice to Make Returns of Land Under the Land and Income Tax Act 1954
PURSUANT to the Land and Income Tax Act 1954, the Commissioner of Inland Revenue hereby gives notice as follows:
- A return of land held as at noon on 31 March 1965 is required from every person and company, whether a taxpayer or not, being the owner of land in New Zealand within the meaning of the Land and Income Tax Act 1954, where total unimproved value exceeds £6,000.
- Returns are required to be delivered or forwarded to the district office of the Taxes Division, Inland Revenue Department, where the taxpayer's records are filed, not later than 7 May 1965.
- Return forms are available at all district offices of the Taxes Division, Inland Revenue Department, and at all permanent post offices.
- Any person or company failing to furnish a return within the prescribed time is liable to a fine not exceeding £100 or not less than £2.

Assignment of Foreshore Licence—Pukapuka Creek
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine hereby gives notice that the licence of 17 February 1958, authorising Henry Trevor Parry to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark in Pukapuka Creek as a site for a bridge and roadway, is hereby assigned to Henderson and Pollard Ltd.
