A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the State housing land, within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

Variation of Proclamations Setting Apart State Housing Land for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that consequent upon the making of amended plans of survey the Proclamations published in the Gazette, on the 7th day of November 1963, at page 1797, and on the 5th day of December 1963, at page 1941, and registered in the Land Transfer Office at Wellington as numbers 618754 and 579535 respectively be and the same are hereby amended by substituting for the areas and descriptions in the First Schedule hereto the areas and descriptions in the Second Schedule hereto, and the Corrigendum published in the Gazette, on the 30th day of January 1964, at page 75, is hereby revoked.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of April 1965.
