(89) The Manurewa Oxidation Ponds; being all that land in the Manukau County in Block XVI, Otahuhu Survey District, being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, on Deposited Plan No. 46600 (Auckland Registry), and the land below mean high water or ordinary spring tides which is cut off from the sea by a bank and comprises the land of the oxidation pond of the Manukau Sewage Treatment Plant. Also the water lying on and over any of the land hereinbefore described. All as more particularly delineated on a plan lodged at the office of the Auckland Metropolitan Drainage Board, and numbered 3618.
