Declaring Land Taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway and for Road in Block XIV, Otahuhu Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 29th day of March 1965.
