Declaring Land to be Crown Land

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated and described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
10 0 0 Moturaupo Block, being Section 1, Block III, Thames Survey District, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 50, folio 295.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of March 1965.

Land Taken for Street in the City of Whangarei

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Whangarei, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of March 1965.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Purua Survey District, City of Whangarei, North Auckland R.D., described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
0 0 2·3 Part Lot 3, D.P. 47593; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 0·6 Part Lot 4, D.P. 47593; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 0·7 Part Lot 5, D.P. 47593; coloured blue on plan.
0 0 1·5 Part Lot 2, D.P. 39954; coloured yellow on plan.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19225 (S.O. 44493) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of March 1965.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 0·32 of a perch situated in the City of New Plymouth, Taranaki R.D., being part Lot 41, D.P. 1840, being part Section 91, Fitzroy District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19202 (S.O. 9686) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of February 1965.

ALL that piece of land containing 1·6 perches situated in Block VI, Waiheke Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 247, D.P. 19225; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19227 (S.O. 44540) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of March 1965.
