LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Volume 707, folio 275 (North Auckland Registry), containing 2 acres and 34·3 perches, more or less, situated in the Howick Town District, being Lot 1, Deposited Plan 28136, and being part Allotment 68, Parish of Pakuranga, in the name of Henry Eustace Cross, of Whangarei, farmer, as executor having been lodged with me together with an application (A. 61231) for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

An application having been made to dispense with the production of the outstanding duplicate of certificate of title, Volume 64, folio 12, Gisborne Registry (twenty-three decimal six one perches, more or less, being Lot twenty-five, on Deposited Plan 2534 being Part Waikanae 1A), notice is hereby given that I intend to register a memorandum of transmission transmitting the land described in the said certificate to Minnie McKessar, of Gisborne, widow, on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice, and further that evidence having been furnished of the loss of the said outstanding duplicate of title, Volume 64, folio 12, and that application having been made by the said Minnie McKessar for the issue of a new certificate of title for the land above described, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of memorandum of mortgage 183801, whereof Frances Irvine Yeoman, of Dunedin, married woman is the mortgagee affecting:

First, eight (8) acres one (1) rood thirty-one and seven-tenths (31·7) poles, be the same a little more or less, being that part Section eighty-two (82), Block three III, in the District of Waipahi, and being the balance of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 201, folio 171 (Otago Registry), subject to Proclamations 6560 and 6581.

Second, one hundred and twenty-six (126) acres three (3) roods twenty-three and six-tenths of a pole, be the same a little more or less, being Section six (6) and that part of Section sixty-two (62), Block three III, in the District of Waipahi, and being the balance of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 125, folio 178, Otago Registry, subject to Proclamations Nos. 3337 and 6560, and to Order in Council No. 3338, and Application 281701 having been made to me to issue a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such provisional mortgage on the expiry of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
