Land Taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway in the Borough of Newmarket

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 16·1 perches situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, Borough of Newmarket, North Auckland R.D., and being Lot 116 and part Lot 115, Allotment 4, Section 3, Suburbs of Auckland. All certificate of title, Volume 587, folio 240, North Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of February 1965.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground, and that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, and that the land described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manukau, and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of March 1965.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 0·7 of a perch situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., being part Fairburn’s Claim 269A; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 9 acres 3 roods 38·5 perches situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., being part Fairburn’s Claim 269A; coloured yellow on plan.
THIRD SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5 acres 3 roods 22·8 perches situated in Block VI, Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland R.D., being part Fairburn’s Claim 269A; coloured yellow, edged yellow, on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 19153 (S.O. 44328), deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 1st day of March 1965.
