Declaring a Water Easement Over Land Taken for Health Purposes (District Nurse’s Residence) in Block VII, Hokianga Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, a water easement is hereby taken for health purposes (district nurse’s residence) from and after the 21st day of December 1964, over the land described in the First Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, first, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of pipes under, along, and over the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of water from the line of pipes at present delimiting the south-eastern boundary of the said land or from any line of pipes laid in replacement thereof in, over, under, or within the said land and secondly, full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, or repass, with or without vehicles or other equipment, over the land described in the said First Schedule for the maintenance and repair of the said pipeline, each easement to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.
